Guidance From Yusef: Question: Communicating with Spirit

Question: Is there a way to become more in tune, or aware—in order to be in communication with Angels and Spirit?

YUSEF:

We delight in this question. Said simply, it is all about ENERGY. Spirit must lower the frequency of their vibration and you must raise yours.

The energetic vibrations of Angels and other entities of God are beyond the vibration of most on the Earth. Thus, they must moderate/adjust their vibration to speak to you. It is helpful for you to move into higher vibrations to be able to hear them.

To attune to Spirit, you can raise your vibration through prayer, meditation, or just thinking happy, loving, or peaceful thoughts. These move you out of your human nature/ego and allow you to be present and OPEN to spirit.

Do not “try” to hear. You must “allow” spirit to present itself to you. When you “try to hear” as you say, you are in your humanness and your ego is running the show/the script.  Instead, simply be present—more difficult than it seems, with your human thinking and worries distracting you. Let go of these.

We do not want you to think that you must be praying, or meditating, watching a sunset, or in a “holy” place, (although these are good places to start). Spirit is also speaking and guiding as you move through your day. When we speak of being present, this may occur in any moment—while riding on an elevator, walking, or working, etc. It is any moment that calls you away from ego—when your soul can be present. When you were a child you may have called this “day dreaming,”—those times when you were out of your thinking mind. We hope this image helps. Practice this.

 Let us explain further. When one “hears” words or guidance, as the one writing this does, the communication comes through the human mind, but it is not the thinking mind. It is recognized as spirit because the ideas and words are not your own. It is obvious that what you are hearing comes from other than yourself. 

Spirits—Angels, Guides, and other Helpers—are constantly trying to get your attention. It is you who must attune to them. 

You may feel the love they send to you, or you may “hear” something in your mind, or you may simply be in a space of silence. Allow all. Do not doubt. You are not crazy. You are in tune with spirit that is communicating with you. 

They are always speaking to you. It is you who must:

  • raise your vibration
  • stay open (be present)
  • have no expectations (allow spirit to be with you, however spirit choses)
  • oh, and believe your experience (smile)

NOTE: To hear spirit audibly, through the human ears, is uncommon, although it can occur. That requires spirit to lower their vibration tremendously in order for the sound to reach the ears of the human. As we say—most uncommon. 

 

Guidance From Yusef: We Are With You

We are with you. You cannot hide. (Smile) We see you in all you do. We are your angels and your guides through your lifetime on Earth—your closest friends and your advocates. We know you as well as you know yourself.
 
Nowhere are we not in any sense of time you choose to mark. Thus we say again, turn to us in the awareness that we are there—whether you notice us or not.
 
Your loved ones also will come when you call to them. You may not be able to sense them as clearly, but they are also with you in love when you need them.
 
You are heard by the Heavens. Speak in the confidence that you are heard. The words of your mouth and your heart go out to the Heavens. Speak of your life—your joys and your sadness. You are heard.
 
In all your comings and goings we are with you. You are never alone. Better than your “best friend” we are. (Smile) Remember we are with you. Talk to us throughout your day. Know and believe that you are extraordinarily LOVED in ALL you do.

Guidance From Yusef: True Reality

We remind you again that we are here with you always. You may call us by many names but we are sent by the One (God) to be with you and to assist you. You are much loved and are never alone.

We remind you now to chose Love. Chose Joy. Live in these. Also in Hope. Do not allow the troubles of the world to obscure the Joy that is true reality. Do not allow your joy to be “hacked,” as you say, by other than Love.  Remain in Love, that the world may be saved by it.

The one writing this has learned that each one [of you], choses your own “reality.” We applaud this learning and speak of it now. Do you realize this?

  • You chose what to believe and what to discard.
  • What to remember and what to forget.
  • How to live and how not to live.

Each day, each moment, you make the choice to live in Love and Hope, or to live in fear. Let the reality you live in be of Love, Light, Joy, and Hope. Come back to these again and again.

Do not allow the “reality” of another, or others, become your reality. You have the choice.

Do not give fear (worry, concern, anger, frustration, resentment) your time or your energy. These are not of Love.

We acknowledge the challenges you face in your world. Therefore we remind you again that we are here to assist. Turn to Life-Giver/Love/God—the True Reality. 

Guidance From Yusef: We Are Here To Offer You Guidance, Part 2

We [Angels and Guides] speak to every one of you. Each of you has guidance for the “best” path through this life. In any moment you can ask us to help, and we will guide you.  

Open the “ears” of your heart. It is the heart that hears us best. The next is the body. Listen to the signals your body gives you. Does the choice you are making feel comfortable in your body?

Very last is the mind, the seat of the EGO. The mind will distort our messages and cause you to want to dismiss them. You may even think you are crazy when you realize you can “hear” our guidance. You can hear us. Do not let your mind tell you that we are not real. That is your mind playing tricks, as you say.

The heart hears and sees clearly. Take a moment to be silent and check in with your heart when making a decision or choice. This can be accomplished in seconds…it does not take long—merely focus. Through this practice you will come to know we are with you always—to help you and guide you.

We know the purpose you have agreed to for your life. That is our “GPS.” We are here to remind you, and assist you to accomplish that purpose. Listen. We are with you.

 

Guidance From Yusef: Heavenly Beings

Why do we see Heavenly Beings, such as Angels, in Clothes?

YUSEF: Heavenly Beings are pure energy. They may appear to humans as patterns and colors, or they may accommodate your human brain and appear in robes, or with wings, or even in clothes. Your brains cannot make sense of the energy patterns—thus we show you what makes sense to your brain. 

Each Being has a distinct energy pattern. That energy may suggest a field that you interpret as stronger or softer, comforting or protecting, etc. Humans need words to make sense of the presence of heavenly beings and often assign “gender” based on those interpretations. You may think you have a “feminine” Guide based on the feeling of a “softer” vibration. Likewise, you may have a sense that your Guide is here to “protect” you, and thus you may interpret a more “masculine” presence. We are neither feminine nor masculine, yet our energy may suggest that to you. We are OK with that. (Smile)

Do not doubt, or limit, or discount what you “sense” as the presence of God’s Helpers, Angels, or Guides. They are with each of you, yet their vibrations are quite high. Raise your own vibration so that you can become more aware of their presence with you. When you are in prayer, or you open your heart to deep feelings of love, bliss, or joy, your vibration is higher. You are then better able to sense their presence with you. Do not doubt this. Some of you may SEE shapes or colors; some may HEAR the guidance they offer you; some may FEEL or just KNOW that they are there. What you are experiencing is indeed real.

We REJOICE when you recognize we are with you!!

Guidance From Yusef: A Mantle of Peace

We understand the human response of fear to many situations in the world now. Thus it is imperative to get beyond that response—of fear, and those emotions coming from fear—frustration, anger, depression, deep concern, and so on.

As we have said, and remind you here again, the Earth MUST have more love and hope than fear. Do not allow fear. When you feel the emotions associated with fear, go immediately into a place of quiet that you may release the fear, let go of the insanity, and return to the sanity of who you are—Love.

All [of you] must find a way, or a place, or a practice that will allow love and hope to replace any aspect of fear.

Be vigilant in recognizing when you are moving from love and peace to fear. Once you have taught yourself to recognize the fear and accompanying agitation and discomfort, then you can also train yourself to go to the quiet (even in the busy-ness of your day) to let go of it, and allow us to remind you that you are love.

Look to those of us whom God has sent to you as encouragers, protectors, consolers, and guides in this lifetime. We are here for you.

Just as the one writing this has come to us agitated today, you may also come. And a sweet mantle of PEACE will descend over you in the quiet to renew you, and remind you of how much you are loved.

It is with great joy and love that we tell you again of the assistance you have from the Heavens. You are LOVE. Be vigilant. Let go of the darkness of fear that takes hold of you, and return always to the Light of Love. In this is the salvation of the world.

You are JOY.

You are LOVE.

You are LIGHT.

And from these come PEACE and HOPE for the World.

Guidance From Yusef: The World is on a Precipice

My Guides tell me that the world is on a dangerous precipice right now, and they are not sure which way it will go. They gave me these “instructions”:

Love, Love, Love!*

Pray for peace—actively and without ceasing.**

Do not fear! This diverts your energy from Love, and it is only through Love and Prayer that the world will be saved.

*When we are showing love, we are giving off a light that can balance and even counter the hate. We are to remember that love is more powerful than hate and fear. Love to me is active here—connect with loved ones, do acts of service, be joyful and caring—any way we can give off positive light. I am especially sending love to the people in North and South Korea, and those in any other countries who are living in fear right now. They certainly need it.

**Pray as often as you can. I am calling on all the Heavens—the Father, Jesus, Spirit, Mary, the Angels, my favorite Saints…praying for peace as I go through my day. I’m leaving the details, the “how” it can be done, to God. 🙂

Guidance From Yusef: Hearing Heaven’s Helpers

Barbara: I have been “hearing” the voice(s) of what I call God’s Helpers—Angels and Spirits—for many years. After my initial skepticism and doubt I finally accepted and trusted in faith that the messages I was hearing were not from me, but from God.

I would encourage you also to open to your Helpers. They are there for you and are speaking to you constantly—guiding, encouraging, and supporting your efforts to follow your Path to God. What an incredible blessing and gift!!

YUSEF:

There are many in the Heavens who wish to speak. Their voices are yet unheard (by humans). There is no “trick” to hearing. Only open to the possibility that there are others—you call them Spirits or Angels—who are present to you ALWAYS! 

It does require a belief, a trust. Some call that faith.

We exist in the Heavens yet are also present to the Earth. There is no VEIL for us. It would however, require a great deal of energy for us to be present to the human seeing. Thus we do not show ourselves in the physical world except in extraordinary circumstances.

You may see us with your intuition/imagination—your faith that God has sent us to you. Your Spirit/Soul knows us. It is your intuition which allows the human and Soul to come together to sense our presence, to “see” us with your mind’s eye. 

The ones most present on the Earth you call Angels. Greet them as you would a friend, and call on them to help you. They are but some of the many [of us] eager to be of assistance to you on your Earth journey. 

 

 

Guidance From Yusef: A Dangerous Time

Greetings to all. This message has a tone that feels serious and important to me. I share it with you now because you, the readers of this blog, are awake. But it is becoming more difficult for you and me to stay focused on love and light as the world darkens.

We are only asked to do what we do—love those around us, care for those who need us, stay positive in our word and action, pray or meditate or do whatever it is you do to connect with the Divine, and continue to bring Light into this darkening world.

YUSEF: Humans have begun to have their attention and awareness clouded. There is so much negativity on the Earth that it is consuming time, attention, and energy. It is easy to distract.

The messages coming from this negativity take so much energy that there is not enough energy left to focus in a more positive direction. These are signs. Signs to cause great concern.

Many are being lulled to sleep now. They are losing the ability to see the way clearly. Hypnotized by evil. It comes in a way that is difficult to see as such. 

AWAKEN!! Look to those pointing in another direction. Pray, meditate, keep your focus on care for others, compassion, love, joy, and hope. These will bring your energy and vibration back to the Light. This will help you and the world to see more clearly. Remain in the Light!

This is a dangerous time. Be cautious. Evil is having its day. Continue to be mindful of what comes through your gate. Raise your antennae, as you say, to be able to discern good from evil. Your focus must remain on Love.

The Angels and all the Heavens are here to assist.

Guidance From Yusef: Mary’s “Yes”

Barbara: At this time of year I am struck again by the power of Mary’s “Yes” to God’s will for her life. The Biblical account in the Gospel of Luke, tells us that the Angel Gabriel sought Mary out to tell her she had been chosen to be the mother of Jesus, Son of God. According to the Bible, the Angel didn’t seem to give her much of an option, but it does say that Mary agreed to it by proclaiming herself “the servant of the Lord.”

Yusuf tells us that “There are specific purposes chosen for each lifetime….” so we can safely assume that we know what Mary’s purpose was. What if she had said no? In this world and in the Heavens “no” is a perfectly acceptable answer. There is no judgment around it. We have free will to accept what life brings to us or not. Mary said Yes to the Angel and to the plan that determined the rest of her life. Jesus also said, “Yes” to what God asked of his life.

I am reminded again that it is important to assert my “Yes” to what life brings to me, no matter what it is. Everything that comes into my life is for my soul growth and for my greater good. It may not always seem that way, but that’s only because I may not have discovered yet the blessing that it brings with it.

Each of us has a purpose on the Earth that only we can fulfill. No one else can do what we have come here to do. So if an Angel does happen to appear in full glory in my room or your room, I sure hope that we will not “be afraid,” but will welcome it with humility and great joy. Chances are this won’t happen, but today and every day I will try to proclaim my YES to life, and to live more consciously in the Light of Love, as Mary and Jesus did.
