Choose Happiness

Blessings. We resume.

It may surprise you, but YOU choose the state of your own happiness—always! Happiness is your choice. Many do not grasp or understand this—looking rather to BLAME others or circumstances for their state of unhappiness.

The choice is ALWAYS yours. You do not want to acknowledge this, for that would mean that YOU are responsible for your emotional state. There would be no one to blame.

Why did you choose the emotion or feeling you are experiencing now?

Can you answer the question without placing any blame? Difficult. You would like to think your emotions/feelings were CAUSED by something or someone outside yourself, when in reality as you say, you have CHOSEN that feeling. Yes, it was your response to something outside yourself that occurred, however, you had a RANGE of responses you could have chosen rather than the one you are now feeling.

You have the freedom—the free will—to choose everything in life, including your feelings. But you have been “responding” for so long thinking another has caused them (feelings) that you have forgotten the great freedom you have. 

Why do you choose unhappiness when JOY is yours. Anger over peace? Worry over trust?

Do not allow others or situations dictate what or how you feel. You are free to choose. And each choice makes up your life.

Choose happiness. Choose hope in the midst of fear, and peace in the midst of chaos. Simply make the CHOICE and then you are FREE.

Walk As Jesus Did: Part 2

One of the subscribers asked a question from the last post, And so I asked Yusef for an answer. This is the (rather long) response. Thank you for the question, D.H.

“How do we walk in our divinity?”

The idea of “walking” the Earth describes the movement through your days. Your normal day as a human may be spent working, interacting, accomplishing tasks, and all the other “busyness” of ordinary human life. 

Those who walk, or live, from both humanity and divinity are aware that they are MORE than just their human nature. They know they have come from Home [heaven] for a purpose or purposes in this lifetime, and realize they are a child of the Most High. They are not absorbed in worries and concerns, but radiate a peace and inner joy—a confidence and trust that they are safe, cared for.

The inner happiness of these causes people to want to be around them. Their speech is thoughtful and considerate, because they regard all persons as part of themself—a family member. 

There is an honesty, a purity, an authenticity about experiencing life through both the soul nature and human nature. These [people] are content, complete in themselves because they are aware of the heavens as well as the earth. They realize they are a part of God and creation. 

These are not walking “saints”—holy or perfect. Humanity walks together with divinity. Thus these [people] experience all that the human physical life has for them. They are all ages, in all walks of life, and in all communities. You can recognize them by their openness to all that happens; as well as their compassion, service, or care for others. They are actively living out their purpose in joy and love. There is no malice in them.

Awareness of their true nature does not protect these from sorrow or suffering. Life may not be easier for these. Much may be asked of them, and when it is, they accept what comes.

Remember—you are both Human and Soul/Spirit. Awaken to the joy of living from both your soul nature and your human nature!

Walk As Jesus Did

The joy of the heavens is to be included in the choices and decisions you make while walking the Earth path.

When you are attuned to the higher guidance, you walk as more than your human self. You walk as Jesus did—with both his humanity and his divinity alive on the earth. You also can do this.

Your human concerns and activities seem to be the most pressing to your senses. “Activate” your divine senses while you are in the world. It will all look different.

It is not a choice of one or the other. In every moment live in the awareness of your humanity and your divinity. Make all of your choices in the fullness of who you are. There is no conflict between the two. You are a child of the Most High walking the earth in a human experience.

Be awake to both the heavens and the earth. Walk as Jesus did—in tune with his humanity and his divinity.

Guidance From Yusef: A Conversation With Yusef

Barbara: This is a conversation I had a few months ago with my Guide, Yusef. It’s a little heavy, so pardon me. But the whole idea is that it IS possible to “talk” to your Guide(s). They hear and will answer. You may hear them in your mind as I do, or you may see signs that tell you the next step for you. Do not doubt that they are real and want to help you do what you came here to do—your purpose, or as one author says, your Sacred Contract with God.
Part of my purpose is to share these messages with you.

B: I am here.

Y: You are always here—no matter “where” you are. When you say “I am here,” that gives you a point in time and geography. Now take away time and geography. Now where are you?

B: I am not here or there because those are simply points in “space.” I guess I am then EVERYWHERE!

Y: That is it precisely. You simply ARE—there is no time or space or location. There is simply IS—which is everywhere, if there was such a thing or place :).

B: OK, I am everywhere. Or, I just AM.

Y: Yes! You ARE. That is a big notion for a human brain.

B: My brain cannot comprehend that. But I accept it.
Now I have a question, are there “places” as we know the concept, in the Heavens?

Y: What you think of as a “place” would mean a location. Place here is a state of mind, not a physical location.
Imagine a soul (perhaps a loved one) that is skiing. There are no mountains of snow here yet that “person” is experiencing the action you refer to as skiing—and having a most joyous ‘time’ doing it.

B: ??

Y: How can we explain for your understanding?
The Soul that is skiing has thought itself there—with a mountain and snow. Your “virtual reality” devices are rather close to this concept. Using those devices you can have the experience of skiing without actually being on a snowy mountain. Here the experience is more real than virtual. Does that help you?

B: I’m not sure I fully understand, but the virtual reality analogy does help a little. It’s a lot to think about. Thank you, Yusef.

Guidance From Yusef: We Are Here To Offer You Guidance, Part 2

YUSEF:

We [Angels and Guides] speak to every one of you. Each of you has guidance for the “best” path through this life. In any moment you can ask us to help, and we will guide you.  

Open the “ears” of your heart. It is the heart that hears us best. The next is the body. Listen to the signals your body gives you. Does the choice you are making feel comfortable in your body?

Very last is the mind, the seat of the EGO. The mind will distort our messages and cause you to want to dismiss them. You may even think you are crazy when you realize you can “hear” our guidance. You can hear us. Do not let your mind tell you that we are not real. That is your mind playing tricks, as you say.

The heart hears and sees clearly. Take a moment to be silent and check in with your heart when making a decision or choice. This can be accomplished in seconds…it does not take long—merely focus. Through this practice you will come to know we are with you always—to help you and guide you.

We know the purpose you have agreed to for your life. That is our “GPS.” We are here to remind you, and assist you to accomplish that purpose. Listen. We are with you.

 

Guidance From Yusef: We Are Here To Offer You Guidance, Part 1

Tell those who can hear that we care for the Earth and those on the Earth more than anyone realizes. We act continuously to remind you of the most beneficial path for each [of you] which in turn works to help all.

Humans have a freedom of choice-making that you call “free will.” It is this that allows humans to hear us or dismiss us.

If only all realized that we can see the most beneficial path for you through this lifetime—the choices at each turn that are best for you as well as coincidentally, others.

No one acts independent of others while on the Earth. Every action, or choice, affects many. Think of the ripples caused by one stone thrown in a pond. 

You might take time today to be aware of each choice you make. Think of its effect on you and others. EVERY action/choice sends ripples out that influence all [people and events] in your environment, which then continues to ripple out beyond your field, city, town, country. Let your mind wander to the infinite possibilities your actions may cause.

All impacts all. Even your choice of THOUGHTS—positive or negative—impacts. Thus we whisper to you constantly, guidance for the actions that will be most beneficial to you and the world.

Listen. Hear us. We are love and want only good. 

We speak to each of you. All of you are guided to the “best” path through this life. It is your choice to hear us or disregard us. Pay attention. Listen. Hear. Then make your choice. We love and care for you.

Guidance From Yusef: We KNOW You

The scenarios you devise to frame the lives you are living allow for the perfect circumstances for your Soul’s purpose to be accomplished. This is one factor. Likewise, the personality you wear is perfect for your purpose.

What you have chosen to do, or work through, or learn, can only be done for your Soul in the life and personality you have chosen.

Remember you are not alone. So many think they are alone. If they could only realize how the Heavens are intimately connected.

We KNOW you. We UNDERSTAND you. We HEAR you. We LOVE you. And we are here to assist you in what you have chosen to accomplish in this lifetime.

Guidance From Yusef: Purpose and Path

After a long absence I begin again.
And so I asked: If “God has a plan” how is it that our thoughts and feelings influence and even create our lives? That we can seem so far away from our purpose and plan?

Yusef:
What you call God’s Plan is the plan you participated in at the beginning–your PURPOSE and PATH. When your thoughts and feelings align with these then all things work for good.

Your subconscious is aware of the Path set out for you, yet it does not over-ride your free will in the human, for this is the human world and is in charge here. Your will is carried out as you order it.

When you are aware of this dynamic interchange you are able to connect the subconscious to the conscious that allows you to be more aware of your Path and Purpose on the Earth and follow it as you will. It is all your choice.

Guidance From Yusef: A Winnowing Time

The Heavens tell us that this is a very important time. That each of us has come to the Earth at this time to be a part of all that is occurring now. We are not here by chance.

The difficulties you are experiencing in the world will indeed worsen in your lifetime. It is a WINNOWING time. You have all come for the opportunities available to your Souls now. Some come to purify in the fires of violence. Some to assist. Some to become more aware. And for many other reasons known only to each Soul. Pray that all chose the way of Love. Some will not find their way through the difficulties.

This time and opportunity to chose Love is a rare gift offered to each person. When confronted with the choice to be afraid or to Love, chose Love. Love the oppressor as well as the oppressed. Each loving response benefits all.

Those who have chosen violence over Love have the opportunity now to make another choice. Pray for them. They are here for this opportunity. Each has chosen this lifetime for exactly the choices they have now.

The Heavens weep and cry with humankind. Weep and cry for so many lost opportunities–that many cannot yet SEE THE WAY.

Those who turn to Love, who remember that they ARE Love, have all the Heavens with them. If you could only see and realize the help pouring from the Heavens–the MANY eager to assist in this critical time–you would be awed!

We are here. Call upon us.

 

 

Guidance From Yusef: Vibration and Frequency

In a few paragraphs Yusef tells us of the importance of growing in Love and thus increasing our vibrational frequency. (Love, Acceptance, Compassion, Caring, Joy, etc. have very high frequencies). He also tells us that our Soul’s frequency determines ‘where’ we go when we leave the Earth. The ‘where’ can be called Heaven, or whatever term you are comfortable using.

It may seem confusing but you might think of what some tell the children–that each act of Love is building your Mansion in heaven. :)) That is an over-simplification, but there are similarities.

YUSEF:

There is much to share. We tell of Earth and the challenges of living the Human life, and we tell of the boundless wonders of the Highest Heavens. Now we speak of the “between” as you say. The places between Earth and the Highest Heavens.

The ‘where’ that we speak of is dependent on the vibration of the Spirit/Soul. There are many ‘places’ in the Heavens. Some would seem like ‘Heaven’ and some ‘Hell’, as you say, depending on the Soul’s frequency.

Now, when a soul incarnates it is already vibrating at a frequency attained from previous growth in the Heavens and previous lifetimes on the Earth. Thus the lifetime chosen is already influenced by that vibration and the Life Plan has been constructed considering the Soul’s vibrational frequency.

When the Soul migrates from Earth it will return to its vibrational match in the Heavens. The Soul will recognize Home, yet it will have also changed/grown from the lifetime. 

It is important to grow in Love in this lifetime and thus increase the frequency of the Soul’s vibration while on the Earth plane. We are here to assist.
